The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: Garage Door Repair SCOPE OF WORK - The Work of this Contract includes one Contract with one Alternative that generally includes the repair and raise of one garage door opening including. The work is to be fully contained within Pueblo County's Maintenance Building located at 33601 E. United Avenue. Potential bidders will meet at the Public Works Facility @ Pueblo County's Maintenance Building located at 33601 E. United Avenue. This pre-bid walk-thru will not be rescheduled. Certificates of insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. To be eligible to bid, bidder must obtain all bid documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing Division via e-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Those wishing to obtain bidding document(s) directly from the office of the Pueblo County Purchasing Division, must first call (719) 583-6095 to schedule an appointment to do so. Sealed bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail or Currier to the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at the address listed above. Bidders wishing to hand-deliver their sealed bid, must call the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at (719) 583-6095 to schedule an appointment prior to delivering their bid. Bidders may also submit their bid electronically. The subject line of the email must read: Sealed Bid, IFB No. 22- 06 Garage Door Repair". Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened.
