The Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado by and through the Procurement Department will receive bids from qualified individuals or firms for 2022 Asphalt Paving Projects for the Garfield County Road and Bridge Department. Correspondence, other than Bid Documents, may be submitted: by e-mail or facsimile transmission to (970) 384-5008. Please do not contact any other County employee for information about this IFB. A complete bid must be clearly labeled as 2022 Asphalt Paving Projects, IFB-GC-RB-05-22 . Electronic bid submissions must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at website he bid submission deadline. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a Bid in response to this Invitation for Bid shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County.
