The Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any bids which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and in the best interest of the Kent County Road Commission. In case of error, in the extension of prices in the proposal or other arithmetical error, the unit prices will govern. It is the intent of the Kent County Road Commission to have the Contractor work under the direction of designated personnel and for the Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, apparatus and traffic control devices as required by law for highway type work to complete the requirements of the contract. Awarded by the Board of Road Commissioners at the Board Meeting on May 10, 2022 to E-4 SOLUTIONS, INC for a cost per catch basin of $125 and a total cost of $105,125.
