Construction Range: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the Wickersham Hall Renewal and Water Damage Repairs project. The Work and associated costs will be separated into two bid line items. Base Bid 1 will address water damage repairs including removal and replacement of affected flooring and ceilings; patch and paint affected walls and ceilings; removal and reinstallation of affected wall and ceiling mounted devices. Base Bid 2 will address facility improvements including architectural, mechanical and electrical throughout the remainder of Wickersham Hall. Bidders are advised that the University of Alaska has a procedure for accepting alternate products or systems prior to bid opening. Acceptance of substitutions after award is limited. See Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder's preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied.
