Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment for the repair and recoat of the four (4) court tennis court at West High School located at 1700 Hillcrest Dr. Anchorage, Alaska 99509. The repair will consist of properly cleaning and prepping the court, patching the court surface to include approximately 420 LF of cracking, and coating and striping the four (4) courts with a new sport court surface. All products must be installed in a manner that meets the manufactures specifications and meet or exceed the product specifications in Attachment C. i. Court Prep: Remove all loose organics from the court, court perimeter and cracks. Scrape off all loose court material to a clean firm edge, clean and prep cracks for patch material. Pressure clean the entire court surface to remove all dirt and debris. a) Crack Repairs: For cracks 1/8" up to 1" use Acrylic Crack Patch sand-filled crack filler per manufacturer's specifications. b) Surface Patch Repairs: any areas where the previous court surface has peeled away should be spot patched with one coat of surfacer with sand. ii. Base Coat: Once court is properly prepped, apply 1 homogenous full coat of surfacer with sand to the entire court surface. iii. Sport Coat: Apply two coats of court surfacing court color (Sportmaster Blue or equivalent), then border color (Sportmaster light green, or equivalent). iv. Lines: Stripe lines using White line Striping paint per details in Attachment C. Any offeror in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of this RFQ may submit to the District a written request for an interpretation thereof.
