Sealed tenders addressed to The Avon Maitland District School Board will be received at the Facilities Department Building which is located at the Board office 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2022. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 260 South Street, Goderich, ON, on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 3:30pm. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The project involves the renovations to the West Gymnasium Boys and Girls Changerooms. Bid Bond amount of $24,000.00 (Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to General Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc., 516 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
