Project Location: 424 Wichita Circle, Anadarko, OK 73005 This Design-Build project is for the construction of a new Youth Center on the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes tribal complex north of Anadarko, OK. This project is on trust land with substantial completion expected by September 2023. This is a fixed-price contract estimated at $1 million This project is federally funded by a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) Fiscal Year 2019 award. Project technical assistance will be provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Corps will also inspect pay applications for recommendation of Owner to pay. Project requires a full time site superintendent during construction. The selected Design-Build team will be asked to provide a 30% design and Guaranteed Maximum Price to get under contract. 100% payment and 100% performance bonds will be required at the time of contracting. A Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1 million dollars is required at contracting. Warranty of construction is 12 months from substantial completion. The Design-Build lead must be registered on www.SAM.gov prior to contracting. The Design-Build team cannot be on the excluded parties list, debarred, or have on-going litigation on a construction project. This is a Request for Qualifications only. There is no site showing. No additional questions will be taken at this time. The Owner reserves the right to select a D-B team with or without conducting interviews.
