Project Category Code: Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Sewer and Water Construction, Water Infrastructure (Water Meters) The proposed construction consists of the replacement of 23 lead service lines from the water main to curb stop, the replacement of 110 lead service lines from the curb stop to residence, and other miscellaneous items of work. This project will be funded by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Lead Service Line Replacement Program. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the SDWLP Private LSL Program, including prevailing wage rate compliance with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) requirements. Bidders shall comply with the "Use of American Iron and Steel" requirements as contained in Section 436 of H.R. 3547, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014. Bidders shall demonstrate positive efforts to utilize disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). DBE's are encouraged to submit bids for this project.
