Closing Time: 2:30 P.M. (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** The St John's Airport Authority Inc. (SJIAA) is inviting qualified contractors to submit a proposal for the Airfield Inset Lighting Cans and Conduit portion of the Central De-Icing Facility (CDF), Taxiway H & J Rehabilitation Project. The rehabilitation project marks the start of the St. John's Airport proposed $28 million, 4-year airside infrastructure upgrades program and will include the rehabilitation of the airside pavements, lighting, drainage systems and other airside safety enhancements. The program is jointly funded by the SJIAA and the Transport Canada ACIP (Airports Critical Infrastructure Program). The St. John's International Airport Authority Inc. at their discretion may negotiate with the successful contractor of this contract for the upcoming projects associated with the 4-year airside infrastructure upgrades program. The works proposed under this proposal generally includes: Removal of existing inset taxiway lights and can top section Installation of new can top section on existing cans Installation of new taxiway edgelight and centreline light cans and conduits Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
