Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) ** Please nota that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/19 03:00:00 PM NDT The Scope of work include the following: The Department will supply all guide rail and guide rail posts. All related hardware and equipment that is required for installation and removal shall be supplied by the Preferred Supplier. Installation of Guide Rail Installation of guide rail shall be compliant with Section 640 of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Highway Design General Specification Manual (see Appendix F-Supply and Installation of Guide Rail, Section 640). All hardware and equipment shall be supplied by the contractor as per Section 640 and as shown on Form 1280 of the General Specifications. Buried ends shall be installed as per the attached detail and will be comprised of all straight sections (see Appendix H - Guide Rail End Treatment Detail). Specification 640 can be viewed in Appendix F - Supply and Installation of Guide Rails (Section 640). Specification 640 can also be viewed on the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador website at: Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
