Reference number : 1587939 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The regional county municipality of Bellechasse requires submissions for the development of its local road intervention plan. The work includes, but is not limited to, the inspection of the road assets of the entire Bellechasse local road network and the assessment of the state of the network, the development of the intervention strategy, the estimation of the intervention costs and the development of the intervention plan. The work will be carried out as part of the intervention plan component of the MTQ's local road assistance program (PAVL). They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the estimate produced by the MRC de Bellechasse dated March 28, 2022 . The MRC does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
