The work is governed in particular by the construction decree, the R-20 law and the Regulation respecting the burial and incineration of residual materials (REIMR) of the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP). The Contractor must prioritize health and safety, provide signage and coordinate with operations. The BNQ 1809-900/2019 standard is the basis for this call for tenders, with the amendments to this quote from WSP that take precedence. The start of the work is conditional on the project owner's landfill activities; it could very likely begin at the beginning of September 2026.
