Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

SCOPE OF WORK 1) General requirements & project supervision, temporary facilities, and insurance 2) Full time superintendent on site during construction 3) Final cleaning and waste removal 4) Demo existing GWB ceiling and associated framing, hvac grilles and electrical lights. 5) New ceiling to be acoustical ceiling with vinyl lay- in ceiling tile. (Aluminum cap ceiling grid to minimize rust) 6) Touch up paint as required 7) HVAC - Provide and install 7 new registers, new collars, flex and patching duct as required, provide new 1 1/2 " gas line for future use. Gas regulator and gas meter tie in will be in the next phase. 8) Electrical - demo of existing lights, supply and install 25 new 2x4 flat panel LED lay in lights, install 3 new exist/emergency lights, install 1 new emergency light, and install boxes for 2 cameras. Cameras and cabling by others Please submit an RFQ for the work to be done in 10 days to furnish all necessary materials, labor, supervision, equipment, insurance, and taxes. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
