The City of Prescott is soliciting bids for Supply and/or Delivery of Asphalt, Concrete, Rock, Dirt and Sand. Q & A Deadline: April 04, 2022 The City will not be having a Pre-Bid Conference. The initial term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year. The contract may be extended for additional one (1) year period up to a total of two (2) additional years, with the mutual consent of the City of Prescott and Contractor Therefore, all questions shall be submitted to Brian Scott at brian.scott@prescott-az.gov; the deadline for questions shall be 5:00pm on Thursday March 31, 2022. The questions and responses will be published on or before Monday April 4, 2022, at noon. The City of Prescott reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and/or some or all of the alternates bid, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the City and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the City
