Site work and paving for a civil project in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The location of the improvements is Penn Avenue from E. Gurley Street to Eastwood Drive, Eastwood Drive and Nevada Drive from Penn Avenue to Devereaux Drive. The project also includes those connecting streets to Eastwood Drive, and small portions of Carleton Street, Penn Alley, Hillcrest Drive, and Acker Alley. The project generally includes new roadway infrastructure throughout the project area. The work includes full pavement reconstruction to include water and sewer replacement, storm drainage improvements, and construction of the Regional Stormwater Detention Basin. The City of Prescott reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and/or some or all of the alternates bid, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the City and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the City.
