Site work and paving for a civil project in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $404,877.50 The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the construction of a turn lane improvement at the intersection of State Route 179 and Beaverhead Flat Road. The total project length is approximately 870 feet with primary work including 4,432 cubic yards of roadway excavation, 200 square yards of asphaltic concrete removal, 172 cubic yards of aggregate base material, 61 linear feet of CMP installation, and placement of 383 tons of asphaltic concrete. Other associated work includes but is not limited to; installation of signs, crown ditch grading, pavement marking and slope seeding. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time. Bids shall include all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price bid, made payable to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
