**As of May 25, 2022, project was awarded to Gillespie Roofing, but awarded amount is not available.** Request for bids for: Ione School District's Elementary School Re-Roofing Bid INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE Ione School District invites qualified individuals or firms to provide bids for the Re-roofing of the Elementary School and Elementary School Gymnasium buildings. The District was awarded a general obligation bond along with an Oregon School Improvement Match (OSCIM) grant and received approval for construction and maintenance improvement projects to existing facilities. A general description of the re-roofing projects is included with the Bidder's Packet. ANNOUNCEMENT OF REQUEST FOR BIDS Ione School District may reject any bids not in compliance with prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon a finding of the Ione School District that it is in the public interest to do so. Three K-12 school re-roofing projects of similar size to this project (approx. 10,000sf).
