Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work under this contract shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents and Construction Plans and shall generally include: furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for water main replacement, sewer replacement, curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, sidewalk replacement, HMA surface milling and HMA paving on Collingwood Drive, Kedzie Street, Division Street, Gunson Street and Sunrise Court as depicted on the plans. The project also includes traffic control, cleanup and restoration and all incidental work necessary to complete the project and provide a functional system.
