The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified civil engineering consultants to submit proposals for performing survey, design, construction services, and resident inspection services for the following five Local Neighborhood Improvements Projects: South Whitehills Neighborhood Improvements Stoddard Avenue Improvements Melrose Street Improvements King Court Improvements Berkshire Lane Improvements The improvements projects include water main replacement, sewer repairs/replacement, and roadway replacement. The scope of work includes completing a topographic survey of existing conditions; roadside drainage system and storm drainage structure evaluations; design; preparing final plans and specifications; preparing an engineering estimate; and construction services and inspection of the projects.
