Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of improvements to an existing fire lane at Green Hope Elementary School in Cary, North Carolina. Existing gravel fire lane will be converted to 20inch asphalt lane that will also provide a stacking area for student drop off. Pavement marking, signage, sidewalk improvements, storm drainage, grading, erosion control are included in the scope of work. Bid Bond is required.
