Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Wake Med Soccer Park Improvements project is the construction of new locker rooms, elevated press box, bleachers, and underground utilities. New facility will be located between Wake Med Soccer Park Field #4 and Field #5. Access will be provided to the new facility from the parking lot immediately north and adjacent to the site. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract documents shall be submitted in writing to Tim Riordan, AIA, with CHA Consulting, Inc. (Raleigh Office) and email triourdan@chacompanies.com. Responses will be issued by Addenda and posted on the NC State IPS website BID SET - DEVELOPMENT PLAN # 21-DP-3672 - SCO ID# 22-24174-01A Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 12-1-2022.
