Renovation of a municipal facility in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This is not a formal bid; it is an informal request for quotes. There will not be a public bid opening. For Lump Sum Contract for the work of renovations to various conference rooms within the Cary Town Hall facility as denoted in the construction documents. Work of this contract is interior. It includes but is not limited to finishes for floors, walls, ceilings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Improvements to the technology in each space is being complete by the Town directly and work of this contract supports those changes with utilities. Some limited door and wall work is included in these renovations.
