Site Visit: March 30, 2022, 1:00pm CT. at Bldg 53 room 107 Temple Tx VA RFI's due by April 05, 2022 at 1:00 pm CST. All work is to be completed within 45 Calendar Days After Receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) The period of performance indicated includes the entire period of performance including material procurement and and delivery. Note: This requirement is set-aside for SDVOSB's. In orderto be eligible for award SDVOSB's must be registered and verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VetBiz.gov). MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between Between $100,000 and $250,000. Quotes due via email by 1;00pm CST on April 15, 2022 to Damon Crawford at damon.crawford@va.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Requirements: 1. The Contactor shall inspect and replace any loose, damaged, or missing shingles on bldgs. 44 to 47. 2. The Contractor shall replace vented ridge caps with solid ridge caps on bldgs. 44 to 47. 36C25722Q0410 Page 7 of 68 3. The Contractor shall replace metal roof system between Bldgs. 44 and 45 to match existing roof and pitch. The new roof shall be standing seam at least 24 gauge and galvanized. The roof is approximately 115' x 80'. 4. The Contractor shall remove, retain, repair, and reinstall gutters and down spouts from metal roof between bldgs. 44 and 45 on Ease and West side. 5. The Contractor shall remove and replace East side loading dock roof between bldgs. 44 & 45. The roof is about 24'x12'. 6. The Contractor shall replace roof on West side hallway entrance between bldgs. 44 & 45. The roof is approximately 24'x12'. 7. The Contractor shall repair metal roofs and metal panels between bldgs. 45 and 46 and 47. 8. The Contractor shall replace the internal gutters on Bldgs. 44 and 45. 9. The Contractor shall provide and install any missing or damaged underlayment on bldgs. 44 to 47. 10. The Contractor shall replace all rusted fasteners on bldgs. 44 to 47. 11. The Contractor shall reseal all external penetrations on the roof of bldgs. 44 to 47. 12. The Contractor shall seal all exposed metal and cracks in facade to prevent water intrusion on bldgs. 44 to 47. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer.A Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive.
