The roof is approximately 115' x 80'. 4. The Contractor shall remove, retain, repair, and reinstall gutters and down spouts from metal roof between bldgs. 44 and 45 on Ease and West side. 5. The Contractor shall remove and replace East side loading dock roof between bldgs. 44 & 45. The roof is about 24'x12'. 6. The Contractor shall replace roof on West side hallway entrance between bldgs. 44 & 45. The roof is approximately 24'x12'. 7. The Contractor shall repair metal roofs and metal panels between bldgs. 45 and 46 and 47. 8. The Contractor shall replace the internal gutters on Bldgs. 44 and 45. 9.
