Grading and earthwork for Phase 1 of the Spring Valley Development, a master planned development in Eagle, Idaho. The project is located east of State Highway 16 and generally extends to the northeast along the Big Gulch Creek. Major components of the project are summarized below. Grading of major roadways within Phase 1 including: Big Gulch Parkway, Linder Road, and Aerie Way Grading to subgrade for the extension of Aerie Way from Phase 1 to State Highway 16 including all stormwater infrastructure and required erosion protection. Construction of the major stormwater conveyance and storage infrastructure including Big Gulch Wash and the BLM Detention Pond. This will include temporary culvert crossings, detention pond outlet infrastructure, and all required erosion protection. Earthwork construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant site including the winter storage lagoons. Construction of site access via the Farmer's Union Canal Crossing near State Highway 16 including all earthwork, utility crossings, box culvert, and erosion protection. Construction of access and staging infrastructure including a gravel access road extending southwest along Big Gulch from Willow Creek Road to the material staging site, and the construction of the material staging site. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Spring Valley Phase 1 Grading/3012-21 The Project has an expected duration of 200 calendar days. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District.
