Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Newbury, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Each bidder shall submit with his bid a proposal bond or a certified check in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of his total bid payable to Geauga Park District as surety that if said bid is accepted the bidder will enter into and satisfactorily secure a contract. The successful bidder is required to furnish within ten (10) days after written notification of bid acceptance a satisfactorily performance bond and payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price payable to Geauga Park District No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. If not accepted within such period, said bid may be withdrawn. Geauga Park District may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received
