For the following road materials. AE-200: $______/GAL ENVIROPATCH:$______/GAL RS-1 FOG SEAL: $______/GAL PORTABLE PUGMILL:$_____/GAL Qualified bidder must also agree to stage extra storage tankers as directed by the county at no cost for the duration of each mixing project. The portable pugmill mixing unit shall be equipped with belt scales and mass flow meters to digitally display and verify quantities mixed. The portable pugmill must also have a tractor unit available with it at all times in order to relocate the equipment. Qualified bidder must also provide 3 references including volumes from other KY state or local government entities who have used the above products and services. All materials must conform to state DOT Specifications and the additional specifications listed here. This contract will use A.R.P.A. funding. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM and available for inspection, bid awards will be made at the regular meeting of the fiscal court on April 11, 2022 at 6:00 PM. Winning bidder must maintain quoted prices from April 11, 2022 - December 31, 2022 Questions may be directed to Jason Carroll at 606 316 8096.
