a. Work will include all materials and labor for the demo and installation of new roofs as defined within the documents for the Orange Beach Fire Department Administration Building and Post Office. Fire Department Administration Building scope includes: 1. Removal of approximately 2,750 square feet of concrete tile and associated components down to the existing plywood deck. 2. Removal of approximately 2,600 square feet of existing low-sloped exposed fastener metal roof down to plywood deck 3. Removal of existing cupola vent, existing metal flashings, and existing gutters and downspouts. 4. Installation of a new underlayment for both low-slope and pitched slope roofs. 5. Installation of approximately 2750 square feet standing seam metal roofing system, including metal flashings, trim, and a vented ridge. 6. Installation of approximately 2,600 square feet TPO low-slope roof system 7. Installation of new gutters and downspouts. Post Office Building Scope includes: 1. Removal of approximately 7,980 square feet of concrete tile and associated components down to the existing plywood deck. 2. Removal of existing metal flashings and existing gutters and downspouts. 3. Installation of a new underlayment for pitched slope roof. 4. Installation of approximately 7,980 square feet standing seam metal roofing system, including metal flashings, trim, and a vented ridge. 5.
