As of May 13, 2022, the solicitation in anticipated to be released later in May of 2022. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET SURVEY (Amendment 1: The purpose is to Change Due Date and Time to: Monday, 04/04/2022, 2:00 pm Pacific Time) NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND CONTRACT SUPPORT SPECIALIST. THE CONTACT INFORMATION LISTED IN THIS NOTICE. Estimated time to complete response to this sources sought: 5-30 minutes (< 1 hour) SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET SURVEY for releveling of manufactured home, repair damaged sheetrock, repair marriage line cracking, repair cracks in block skirting. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located at the Grass Valley Guard Station, 408 NW 3rd, Grass Valley, OR 97209. (See the attached Statement of Work) The responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals currently. BLM will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this sources sought/market survey. Any cost associated with the market survey submission at the interested vendor's expense. The approach to competition and the acquisition strategy has not yet been determined. The purpose of this announcement is to assist with these decisions. The solicited information, including a rough order of magnitude (ballpark cost estimates) is for these purposes only. The solicited ROM will not be used to commit the Interested vendors to the estimated/ballpark provided. All documents attached to this announcement are considered in "Draft" format and subject to change when and if a solicitation process is issued. BLM may set-aside this work to US Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program participants, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), HUBZone, Small Businesses etc. or any interested vendors regardless of small business status, depending on the responses received from this announcement and the BLM's reasonable expectation of receiving adequate competition, if set-aside. It is ideal if all Interested vendors have an active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and possess no active exclusions in their registration. Greater confidence is given to those vendors with active SAM registration and no active exclusions. Note: An active SAM registration is required to be eligible for an award. A SAM registration is FREE. Go to http://sam.GOV to register. Interested SBA 8(a) program participants must possess the appropriate program certification letter from SBA to be considered a qualified vendor to participate in an 8(a) set-aside if this occurs. Interested SDVOSB vendors must be able to be verified in the US Veteran Administration's repository VetBiz.gov to be considered a qualified vendor to participate in an SDVOSB set-aside if this occurs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $16.5M. RESPONSE REQUIRED: (See attached Excel File, titled B01-02 SOURCES SOUGHT TEMPLATE EXCEL FILE) The BLM requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached draft SOW. The SOW is provided for feedback and comments. Each vendor should include the following information along with their submission (See attached Excel File): 1. GENERAL INFORMATION: (Company's Name, Company's Address, Size, Socio-economic designation (if any), DUNS/UEI, POC (name, email, phone)) 2. EXPECTED APPROACH: (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service-disabled veteran-owned and 8(a) certified businesses. 3. ROUGH ORDER OF MAGNITUDE (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the items described in the Statement of Work. 4. EXPERIENCE: Number of years in business and estimated number of similar task/projects performed in last 6 years. 5. INTEREST: On a scale of 1-10, 1 not interested (not submitting a quote) and 10 extremely interested (submitted a quote) 6. OTHER INFORMATION: Use to submit questions or other information your company would like to share. All responses to this market survey must be received by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Oklahoma Time) on April 4th, 2022.
