Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thornton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
There are DWG files available in addendum one. The Project consists of upgrades to the existing treated water system near the intersection of 92nd Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. Specifically, it includes the furnishing and installing of an underground 12-inch pressure reducing vault, SCADA system including connection to existing fiber optic backbone, electrical service, connecting to existing 16-inch asbestos cement water line, sidewalk, curb and gutter reconstruction, patching asphalt paving, erosion control, traffic control and landscape restoration and as further described in the Contract Documents.
