Question Acceptance Deadline 05/23/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Clarifier Tube Replacement and Rehabilitation Replacement of the tube settler system for each of the four (4) existing circular upflow solids contact clarifiers. The existing system was manufactured by Meurer Research, MRI. As-builts and installation drawings are available upon request. The Project will include any disassembly and reassembly of existing clarifier equipment for the proper removal of existing tubes and installation of the new tube settler system; includes remove and reinstall of stainless steel plates that circle the bell and lay on top of the tube settlers. Cathodic protection systems for the four (4) clarifiers will be replaced in kind. Waterproof coating of all four (4) clarifiers is required, including recoating all of the normally submerged carbon steel elements. Major elements include the rake mechanism, center column, reaction well, draft tube, impeller, drive cage, support structure, influent pipe, and minor miscellaneous elements. Preparation of all surfaces to be coated shall be included. Air Compressor Replacement of one 30 HP air compressor with new 40 HP variable speed rotary air compressor. The air compressor shall be Quincy QGV-40 to match the existing air compressors that were recently replaced. A master controller will be installed to control all three air compressors. Master controller will include a gateway to provide access to SCADA from the proprietary network. As-builts available upon request. If the SOQ is sent by U.S. mail or courier service, the SOQ shall be contained in a sealed inner envelope or box, which is then inserted into the mailing envelope or box.
