Renovation of a municipal facility in Crimora, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of this quick quote is to establish a contract with a licensed contractor to furnish and install a new HVAC system at the office at Augusta Forestry Center, located at 90 Forestry Center Ln., Crimora, VA. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and dispose of the old unit, replace and render operational one, like in kind and type, 14 SEER, 2.5 ton HVAC unit to be installed at the Forestry Center's office. All work associated with this project shall be completed within sixty (15) days from award. Work to be completed Monday-Friday beginning at 7:00AM and coordinated with Assistant Forestry Manager, Josh Mclaughlin.
