Bids may be held for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for purpose of awarding the Contract. A Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond and signed Non-collusion Affidavit shall be submitted with the bid and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a Payment Bond shall be delivered to the owner within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded.
