Site work and paving for a civil project in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of adjusting ten (12) sanitary manholes and reconstructing one (1) sanitary sewer manhole located within proposed pavement of Racine County's reconstruction plan for County Highway P from South Street to Arbor Lane, coordination with County's highway contractor to perform the necessary work, and other miscellaneous items of work. Information for Bidders. All pertinent documents may be examined at Engineer's Office at 256 South Pine Street, Burlington, Wisconsin, or on the internet, Documents can only be purchased through Quest CDN. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the Bohner's Lake Sanitary District for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
