AS of July 17, 2023, a contractor has been selected for the project. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Airports Division seeks the services of qualified general engineering firms to provide construction management services for the "Ewa and Diamond Head Concourse Second and Third Level Roadway Improvements" project at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, State Project No. AO1043-32. Construction Management services for the "Ewa and Diamond Head Concourse Second and Third Level Roadway Improvements" project at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, State Project No. AO1043-32 The project scope includes improvements to the Ewa Concourse and Diamond Head Concourse 2 nd and 3rd level roadways. Improvements include concrete spall repair, corroded reinforcing steel mediation, replacement of expansion joints, replacement of damaged storm drainage system components, utility infrastructure modifications necessary to facilitate the planned work, and ensuring all work complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The estimated construction cost is $25,000,000.00. The PDF file(s) must be received by which shall be based on the email date/time of the PDF file transmission. Compact disks will not be considered as an acceptable substitute for the email transmission requirement. Any emails received after the deadline shall constitute the response as being non-compliant and the response submittal will not be considered for this project. Individuals or firms shall plan accordingly to ensure their response is received by the deadline, and the DOT will not be responsible for any email delivery failures, regardless of the reason, including the DOT's server being down.
