All tree branches within the three (3) feet buffer area will be trim away maintaining a vertical canopy line at least 3 feet away from the end of the paved road at QQI TR, located at Oahu, Kamehameha Dr. Honolulu, Hawaii 96825. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and tools required to maintain landscaping by pruning shrubs, plants and trees, access Road to QQI TR, and by other methods specified in this specification. Contractor shall also provide transportation to and from work site for contractor personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and tools required. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statements of Work included as attachments in Section J. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561730.
