Burr Oak State Park requires service to add concrete surface and repair of any existing drainage issues to the existing trail from the Lake to the Burr Oak Lodge. New concrete walking trailing will be approximately 950 LF, with varying widths from 5'-6' depending on existing trail width. This will be approx. 5,700 SF. All concrete to be 4" thick, 3500 PSI w/ air, 1.4 WWF at mid-depth, and saw cut every 5. All wages to be Prevailing Wages. The Contractor will provide minimal grading/stone infill for leveling purposes. The Contractor will use the existing gravel on the trail as subgrade. The new concrete walk will follow existing trails elevations. The Contractor will install new concrete at all bench/sitting locations along the walking trail. The Contractor will broom finish and seal concrete. The Contractor will move the existing edge pavers as needed to install new walk.
