For a three (3) year contract for Waste Collection including the collection, removal, and disposal of all waste materials from residences, street containers, municipal buildings, water department, fire department, street department, parks, police department, and other public places. The Village shall have the right to extend the contract for five (5) option years on one to three year intervals. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any or all bids; to waive any irregularities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their opinion offers the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid. The Village of Glouster Does Not Discriminate on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age, and Handicapped Statusin Employment of the Provision of Services.
