Site work for a recreation facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
The Saint Louis Zoo (Zoo) is accepting proposals for the rehabilitation of the Judy and Jerry Kent Family Sea Lion Sound habitat sand filter bunker. Either the Zoo or awarded Bidder will have the right to terminate the awarded agreement after the first portion of the contract is fulfilled with a 30 day notice with or without cause. Requirements for the Scope of Work include: 1. Experienced supervisors and technicians who currently hold OSHA Confined Space Certification 2. Vacuum truck and operator 3. Personal protective equipment 4. Mobilization and demobilization 5. Necessary tools to remove media and replace with new media (provided by the contractor) to seven Paragon Stark model V96 x 110-8 Diameter Filters (226 Cu Ft each) in two visits at least two months apart (four the first visit and three the second visit). All questions must be received by April 11, 2022 for issuing of addendums. All emailed questions and answers will be shared with all responders. The source of the questions will remain anonymous. Addendums will be placed on the Zoo website as they become available: stlzoo.org/vendor. Any oral responses shall be unofficial and not binding on the Zoo.
