Plant; Delivered at Job Site; and Delivered as Directed. -2,000 Tons - Superpave Wearing Course, 19mm, PG 64-22, 0.3 to 3.0 million esals - F.O.B. Plant; Delivered at Job Site; and Delivered as Directed. -2,600 Tons - Select Granular Material - 2RC - F.O.B. 100 Tons - 1B - AASHTO No. 8 - F.O.B. -100 Tons - R4 - AASHTO No. 1 - F.O.B. -100 Tons - R5 - AASHTO No. 1 - F.O.B. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Mount Joy Township. The awarding of a contract to the successful bidder, if appropriate, will take place at the regular meeting of the Mount Joy Township Board of Supervisors to be held on April 18, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., prevailing time, at the Mount Joy Township Municipal Building, 8853 Elizabethtown Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Mount Joy Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
