Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Sealed bids shall include both a paper copy and a digital copy of the completed bid documents on a USB flash drive in the bid envelope. The project will include resurfacing of existing parking lots, demolition and reconstruction of sidewalks, greenway trail paving, basketball court resurfacing, storm sewer installation, retaining wall construction, and other minor improvements for the Sandy Springs Park area. No bids will be received or accepted after the above specified time for the opening of bids. Bids submitted after the designated hour will be deemed invalid and rejected. Bidders are not required to purchase a set of bid documents, however the appropriate forms must be printed and filled out as described in the Instructions for Bidders. Please see the Technical Specifications for further scheduling requirements. Liquidated damages for delay of completion of contract will be in accordance with the Agreement (Contract). All bidders must be able to demonstrate before the award of the contract that the proposer (and subcontractors if applicable) has all appropriate licenses and certifications required in the State of Tennessee to perform the Services. This project is funded by the City of Maryville. The Contractor shall comply with all State, Federal, and Local laws and/or regulations. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids.
