The materials and equipment to be provided through the procurement contract are to be furnished and delivered to the project site for installation by the Contractor. Owner will assign said procurement contract to Contractor as set forth in the Agreement. Contractor will accept the assignment, as Buyer (Contractor/Assignee), and will be responsible to Owner for the performance of obligations by Seller, which will become a Subcontractor or Supplier to Contractor.
