Demolition, site work and addition to a service station / car wash facility in Otsego, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a service station / car wash facility.
Expansion/ addition of a washbay and vehicle storage on an existing vehicle storage facility A. Section includes painting work as indicated on drawings and schedules, and as herein specified. B. Work includes surface preparation, priming, coating, filling of voids and other surface treatment. Shop priming and pre-finished products are not a part of this section. Refer to the drawings for more detailed information on locations and scope of work. The following is an abbreviated list of items to be included as a part of the paint section: 1) Exterior and interior steel: hollow metal doors/frames, and other steel items. 2) Interior walls, where noted. 3) Epoxy paint at the brine location. 4) Other items as noted. C. The scope of work includes painting the ceiling areas of the vehicle storage. A dryfall paint may be used on the ceiling areas (deck, joists, beams, piping, etc.)
