WASHINGTON SHORE AVENUE FORCE MAIN Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing ail labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct approximately 2,600 lineal feet of 6-in HDPE sanitary sewer force main, air release: valve assemblies, force main access wyes, force main drain valve, and other such appurtenances for those items and performing all Work as required by the Contract Documents. All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. all as set forth in the Contract Documents. One hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, except as may be provided in the Contract Documents. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right, is reserved by the City to postpone the: award for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening. The Contractor will be required to comply with all local.
