Site work for a mixed-use development in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax. This contract consists of upgrading Bank 1 of an existing double bank electrical distribution substation. The substation will be de-energized and islanded from the electric system. The work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of equipment foundations; partial conduit and ground grid removal; temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; earthwork; storm drainage conveyance improvements; cast-in-place concrete slabs and spread footing foundations; a transformer oil spill containment system; electrical conduits and vaults; substation grounding system improvements; substation yard crushed rock surfacing; substation fence improvements; and site disturbance restoration. The substation is on District property located at 11501 Harbour Pointe Blvd., Mukilteo, WA 98275.
