Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
** This projet has been awarded to NorthWest Handling Systems in the amount of $53,300. ** The Contract work consists of providing all materials, tools, labor, equipment, and expertise required to modify existing racking to remove four (4) tiers of existing horizontal flowrails in five (5) bays and install three (3) tiers of four (4) deep horizontal push-back beams and rails in all five (5) bays. The existing upright framing shall be reused. Provide ninety (90) new pushback beams, fifteen (15) sets of pushback rails, fifteen (15) sets of four (4) deep pushback carts and all miscellaneous materials and hardware for a complete installation. Location of work is 1802 75th St SW, Everett in Snohomish County. Contractors shall be on the District's Small Works Roster and prequalified for Category "Installation of Fixtures, Fittings, and Equipment (FFE)" prior to bidding. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
