This Contract is for complete grounds and irrigation maintenance work at the DISTRICT'S landscaped sites as set forth in these Specifications. Work includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, tools, appropriate specialized equipment, materials, work and pesticide application records, transportation, and proper debris disposal necessary to perform all work as specified and to maintain all properties in a safe, presentable, and healthy condition. Work under this contract is categorized as Routine Landscape Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance. The DISTRICT reserves the right to have work performed at these sites either by its own staff or by other CONTRACTOR'S. CONTRACTOR will not sub-contract any task without prior written approval by the DISTRICT. It is the CONTRACTOR's responsibility to provide close supervision of maintenance activities and management of each site. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Electronic submittals shall be limited to the documents specified in the RFP document and shall not include additional brochures, booklets or other sales material that are not specifically requested in the RFP. The District cannot guarantee internet access. It is strongly recommended that you respond 24 hours prior to the bid closing date and time for submittal. The District is unable to verify if a proposal has been successfully uploaded in Public Purchase. The Public Purchase system places all proposal submissions into a virtual lock box where they cannot be viewed by the District until after the due date and time. Proposers can check their submission by returning to the home page of Public Purchase. The Proposal will be shown in the "Bids Responding To" section. DO NOT EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR BID TO THE DISTRICT. The Public Purchase website will not allow proposals to be uploaded after the due date and time established. Proposers accept all risks for uploading their proposal by the established due date and time.
