his contract work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform herbicide spraying to vegetation growth on District Owned Property as specified in the contract documents. Work to be performed is at various locations throughout Snohomish County and Island County, Snohomish County, Washington. The specific work locations include various Substations, Switchyards, Communication Sites, SCADA sites and storage/pole yards as indicated on Attachment II. Contractors shall be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently Prequalified for Category D-2 - Right-of-Way Clearing and Maintenance (Spraying) prior to bidding. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
