Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP" on behalf of the Atlanta Department of Transporation ("ATL-DOT) is seeking qualified contractors to perform services to include construction improvements in the public right-of-way to include widening of existing 2.5-foot sidewalk on the north side of Deering Road overpass bridge across U.S. Interstate - 75 (I-75) to 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk. Work also shall include installation of monolithic concrete sidewalk with header curb, concrete curb & gutters, ADA ramps, reconstruction of existing drainage structures, pavement striping, install traffic signs, grassing, and other miscellaneous associated services.
