Renovation of a museum in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
SITE LOCATION: Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park 450 Auburn Avenue, NE Atlanta, GA 30312. PROJECT TITLE: Provide all material, labor, and supervision for the removal of the existing vertical platform lift on the exterior of the project and installation of a new vertical lift with enclosure and a protective canopy. There are modifications to the interior of the project to improve Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) access and replace the concrete paving immediately surrounding the lift at the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Atlanta, Georgia per the specification, drawings, and other supporting documents. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Contract. In accordance with FAR Part 28, performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the contract price and must be submitted within ten (10) days of receiving the award. A certificate of insurance is required, and coverage must be at a minimum of: $100,000 per person; $500,000 per occurrence; and $1,000,000 per property and must be submitted within 10 calendar days of receipt of the award.
